Vision & Mission
Why we exist and where we're going
Founded in 2019, Social Voice Foundation (SVF) is a community-driven, CSR-funded organisation turning plastic waste into opportunity. We operate across 64 communities, collecting, sorting and regenerating materials — while empowering the informal recyclers who power the loop.
Collect · Recover · Regenerate · Reinvest
In 2019, a group of Hyderabad residents noticed something troubling — plastic waste piling up in public spaces, choking drains and finding its way into the food chain. The problem was not a lack of awareness but a broken collection system.
SVF was founded to fix that. We began with a single pickup route and a handful of waste workers. Today we operate across 64 communities with a fully integrated model: collect at source, sort by polymer, recover high-grade feedstock, and reinvest every rupee into people and the planet.
We believe small actions create big change. A bottle collected is a bottle that never reaches the ocean. A recycler paid fairly is a family lifted out of poverty. That is the loop we close — every single day.
